What steps will reproduce the problem?

No idea, I just logged in and before the normal "Imported the guild" message, was a list of all of my character friends saying "[20:14:16] Alts: Shadowfuax removed from friends list." etc. Except they're not removed, they're all still there?

Hi, I think that's just a weird bug. The addon only reports friend changes after the server returns the friend list. In some weird cases the list is empty and the addon reports them as removed even though they show up in the next couple of seconds. I personally haven't seen that issue in a long time though.

If you are getting that error often then there is an issue. The addon just stores your list of friends when you log on and reports any differences. Other than it being annoying it is reports incorrectly, it will not affect anything long term.
