What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set repbar to any faction
2. show rep bar enabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As you gain rep the bar/text should update, instead the bar never moves or udpated until you log or /rl

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error, just doesn't update
