What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select a death log
2. select a report method
3. alt click to report a single line

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see that line linked to chat, instead I see a different line from the same combat log

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no errors occur

It seems like the registering of the individual combat lines in acheron are out of sync with the reporting function
