The purpose of HigherLearningAlerter is simply to provide an audible when the player mouses over a Higher Learning achievement book. Most effective use would be to leave the mouse cursor over the location of where a book spawn is expected. One can safely alt-tab out of the game (presuming sounds are enabled) the addon will alert the player with a sound effect played.

Purpose Provides a macro that can be used to grind Prospecting (Jewelcrafting) and Milling (Inscription) on the materials in ones inventory. It will try to find the next highest stack that can be processed automatically. This eliminates the need to constantly hunt and peck across your bags for stacks of items.
