Make some noise when a server restart is about to happen. Theory is that this might be of use when you're sitting there camping for something and not paying direct attention to your WoW window. Notification that the restart is about to happen will (a) let you have one last look around, and (b) know to log back in right away to catch rares whose spawn timer was reset by the restart.

SilverDragon tracks rares. It will try everything possible to notice them and tell you about them. I, as its author, have precisely one quirk: I like a minimal starting experience. That means that by default SilverDragon doesn't know about any rare mobs, and will just learn about them when you encounter new ones.
