220 - 2 errors since patch 5.2 now zomg wont work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login after pach get 2 errors zomg no longer shows up on screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
zomg no longer on screen to buff etc not showing up due to the 2 errors below

What version of the product are you using? r217 for 5.0.5 Nov 22, 2012

Do you have an error log of what happened?

    to get ZOMG to work again comment out line 229, it's a dirty hack, but will make it load. as for the locals, I have not gotten that error so do not know what to do to resolve that issue.
