306 - Custom highlight + icon settings

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Could it be possible to be able to change the icon size of the icons used in custom highlighting. They tend to cover too much of the unitframe. An additional enhancement would be to be able to define an achor for where they should show up.
