What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. checked debuffs to be visable in opions for target and focus
2. checked own debuff
3. have also enabled and disable buffs neither helped

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have selected a hostile target and made it my focus and put moonfire and insect swarm on them.  The debuff does not show up on any target frame or focus frame.

Please provide any additional information below.

Have uninstalled xperl and reinstalled after a restart no change.  Have also tried disableing every other addon except xperl. Have also enabled and disabled only curable debuffs. Included is a screenshot of the target options tab and nother addon that shows moonfire and insect swarm active.
