233 - Druid's mana bar not updating on talent switch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Have a druid with dual-spec go into bear or cat form (which adds an additional mana bar to the player frame)
- Change talent spec

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Mana should be reset to 0, but the additional bar remains unchanged. When going back to caster form, the (original) mana bar properly shows 0 mana.

What version of the product are you using?
- 3.0.5e r323

- I'm suspecting that the UnitPower API does not return correct values when the druid is in bear/cat form, just after respeccing.
