1256 - Raid Frames and Raid Helper

What is the issue?
When in a raid the Blizzard Party Raid windows open on there own behind the xperl raid frames been happening since 4.3 went live and it will come on  then go off at different times
 
also i just took notice of is the Raid Helper for Tank Assist is NOT showing the marked tanks in the LFR raids

Please provide any additional information below.

no other infor i can think of atm

    It almost 3+ months and no more update or something so just close this old ticket, I guess they already fixed or can't fix or whatever.

    Anyway, If you have problem with current X-Perl alpha/release versions, feel free to report them again. :D

    this problem is still happening in the current version the Raid helper tank assit in LRF will NOT display the MTs and the default Blizzard UI for raid windows KEEPS popping up behine the party frame while in raid
