1202 - Cannot right click enemy target

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I try to right click an enemy, nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using?
3.1.5

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
I can right click myself if I target myself, as well as raid members or just non-enemies. I have no idea what's causing it.

    It almost 3+ months and no more update or something so just close this old ticket, I guess they already fixed or can't fix or whatever.

    Anyway, If you have problem with current X-Perl alpha/release versions, feel free to report them again. :D
