1082 - Cant place raid markers using blizz raid ui

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to place a raid marker using the blizz pull out
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to place a marker.  I cant.  I get a swatter note saying its caught a x-perl error

What version of the product are you using?
r509

Do you have an error log of what happened?
not right now, will update when i can
