11 - Loot Roll Options Window Missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I've been using it for a while so i know theres meant to be a little window that comes up upon looting certain items that the party members have to roll for. Im not sure whats happened but that window isnt showing up anymore :/

What version of the product are you using?
r61?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No there isnt any.

Please provide any additional information below.
Only the "LootMoniter" window is showing. I've tried disabling/re-enabling and then even reinstalling the addon. Tried changing options around using the /XLoot Options command but nothing has worked so far
