331 - Error - Attempt to Call a Forbidden Function

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried to remove a talent with Dust of Disappearance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to be able to remove the talent. Instead, an error message popped up and I am unable to remove the talent using Dust of Disappearance.

What version of the product are you using?

    if this still happening, it's unavoidable. everything that can be done to avoid it has been done. there are no tainting _ globals and StaticPopupDialogs preffered index is already set to 3 in all of wim. if this is still tainting another mod is tainting it first and then wim is getting blamed for it cause it just happened to be last mod to use StaticPopupDialogs
