76 - Debug information (?) being posted to chat window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I created a new chat window/tab to store incoming whispers. In the settings for that tab I have everything except Whispers and RealID Whispers unchecked.

When I lay down my Searing Totem 4 lines get printed in blue in that tab:

Timer for TmrSearing (0) changed from 427078 to 427079
Timer for TxtSearing (0) changed from 427078 to 427079
Timer for TmrSearing (0) did not change
Timer for TxtSearing (0) did not change
-- END QUOTE --

TmrSearing = Timer
TxtSearing = Progressive Texture

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wouldn't except this at all =s
