57 - Hide stack count on progress bars

It would be cool to hide the stack count of an aura on a progress bar. e.g. "The Art of War" (ret paladin talent) can't stack to more than 1, but it's show a bold "1" on the icon (making the icon unrecognisable). In the test-mode all progress bars shows this stack count, but only at "The Art of War" it is really show on procc.
I want to hide it completely.
