It would be nice if the texture used for a progress texture, texture, or bar aura, or the icon used by an icon aura could be specified by a custom function just as display text etc. can be.
Add an option to the bottom of the texture list for progress-bars named "custom" that allows entry of a function.
That function could be called on trigger update or every frame - it would be responsible for returning an appropriate resource (ie: icon/texture name).
Extending this to allow fonts to be specified in the same way (maybe a function that returns font name, size, outline, etc) settings would be valuable.
Imagine an aura that displays HP of your target. The font could change from 12pt arial above 25% to 26pt arial black under 25% to indicate execute-like abilities are available. Right now this requires multiple auras with different text settings that get toggled on/off according to different events.
An aura tracking stacks of a debuff (blistering tendons on madness of deathwing) could use smaller stacks when it's < 10 stacks and relatively harmless but larger/more eye-catching text when it stacks past 30. Likewise the texture could change from a simple one to a more intricate one.
