9 - Differentiate between Offensive and Defensive Cleansing
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
An option to disable/enable dispel announces for offensive and defensive cleansing independent of each other
Please provide any additional information below.
I want to announce purges I make on a target, but not Cleanse Spirit when I cast it.

It is my intention to add target conditionals, but I will do that across the board. Spell blacklisting will only be for events that use a blacklist (in other words, events with no specific spells registered to them, like dispel and dispel resist) as opposed to events with a whitelist (I.E. spell aura and spell cast).
Also I have started working on this, no ETA though since I have a lot of other changes on my todo list.
