18 - Remove LibBabbleClass-3.0 dependency

DEPRECATED

This Library is no longer needed in 99% of the cases. You can get the localized name of all classes in both male and female form from the new global tables added in the 3.2 Content Patch.

See LOCALIZED_CLASS_NAMES_MALE and LOCALIZED_CLASS_NAMES_FEMALE defined in Constants.lua

Please consider upgrading your addon to use those tables instead of LibBabble-Class-3.0, thanks!
