7 - Totem buffs not being recognized
What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 'haste(Spell)' and 'Spell Power' icons should light up, but they remain red, even though my character is standing directly on top of the totems.
What version of the product are you using?
