26 - All Buffs/Debuffs are enlarging

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an aura frame for player
2. Get a buff from someone
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Buffs I cast should be enlarged, but not buffs from anyone else. All are being enlarged though.

What version of the product are you using?
2.0.4.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log, just incorrect behavior.

Please provide any additional information below.
I know this has been addressed before.
