Planewalker Mon, 23 Nov 2009 13:58:22I have severe performance issues and waded through some sites in order to find some information.
Oh and on Elitist Jerks it was mentioned, that DogTags seem to use a lot of CPU time. http://elitistjerks.com/f32/t63351-luatexts_new_dogtags/

snaffe Wed, 26 Aug 2009 13:59:09g1breel: I was wondering the same this morning, after a brief break from WoW. My general FPS has dropped from a steady 130, down to 50, and I cannot figure out why. Perhaps it has nothing to do with UnderHood itself, but I figured I could post it anyway.
Anadale: Keep the good work up. This addon is truly great :)

g1breel Fri, 31 Jul 2009 21:35:59I had a chance to investigate this further last night. While part of the issue is the profiling itself, running UH with the aura module disabled resulted in a noticeable performance improvement as well. While I only track debuffs, I do have aura filtering enabled and looking at the code, I'm wondering if the current implementation could be more efficient. If I get a chance before my next raid, I will see if I can instrument some of that code without needing profiling enabled and see if I can better pin-point any possible issues.
I will also try taking DBM out of the picture just to make sure there isn't some weird interaction being triggered by multiple combat log event consumers.

Anadale Mon, 20 Jul 2009 17:04:33This is very strange. I use it every day from the beginning :) and do not experience any performance issues. Try to disable DBM on one of the easiest bosses like Ignis and see the impact of this. If you also can send me list of your addons in use at that time that would be perfect.

g1breel Fri, 17 Jul 2009 00:48:58Is anyone else having issues with UH seriously cutting into their FPS during raids? For the last several weeks my FPS flat lines during 25man content - it wasn't brilliant before but it was playable, not 1-2. I had a chance to test tonight and with almost everything disabled my FPS in the raid was back around 20-25. As soon as I re-enabled UH & DBM my FPS went back down to 5-6. Now I guess it could be DBM, but looking at the CPU profiling, the core UnderHood module is by far the most significant CPU user.
Anyone else seen anything like this?

diewolf Sun, 22 Mar 2009 11:28:40Hello!!!! Anadale I have a little problem :( I have two cast's frames, one of the player and one of the target. Both have only "casting" ups 1 and the rest options downs 0 in "alpha seting". Both have only activate "Enable casting" in the conditionals. The problem arises if I activate the background in target's cast bar. When I select a target, show the background of the cast bar ever, being he casting or not. If I don't show the target's background, the frame spell is not so good for me. ¿ How I can to solve this ? Thanks
Player casting and not the target. Background show in target's cast bar http://yfrog.com/b7wowscrnshot032209020048j
Player casting and target casting. Background hide in target's cast bar.... Is not so good :( http://yfrog.com/05wowscrnshot032209015845j

Anadale Thu, 05 Mar 2009 08:47:40@Crazy_Anus & Alexlost: Well, I've got your point. I'll try to figure something out by next Thursday. Sorry, but I'm living for vacation, finally.
