What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This error comes as soon as wow starts.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TSI don't work at all... throws a lot of other errors (not listed here) when I open it and no recipes are visible.

What version of the product are you using?
TSI = r81378.9
TSIUI = r72793

Do you have an error log of what happened?
