    Added "Gaining the Advantage", the SSO Gathering Profession Quest. I don't think an |O| tag will do the right thing here, but there should be a way that characters without the prerequisite skills don't have to deal with this quest entry. Ideally a tag similar to |R| and |C| could be added (|S| ?) to handle skill-specific quests.
