92 - The nolib version of r264 doesn't have required embedded libs.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install tomQuest version r264.
2. Make sure you are using disembedded libs and you have downloaded the nolib-version.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't have the quest tracker, only the achievement tracker.

It seems the r264-nolib version doesn't have embedded CallbackHandler and LibStub.
