55 - Frame Anchor Option

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

  I'd like the frame itself to be the anchor.

Please provide any additional information below.

 I'm always moving the frame around for some reason or another usually intentional. What I'd like is to have the frame be unlocked and movable without the second labeled anchor box.

    I'm currently writing completely custom frames for all trackers/tooltip (instead of LibQTip). I'll include this in the new tracker

    I'll look at this, but not sure this can be easilly doable.
