141 - Toggle Achievement Tracker via a Statusbar Click

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

To be able to toggle the opening of the achievement tracker by clicking on a status bar associated with a watched achievement.

Please provide any additional information below.

This was possible in Lib-QTip versions of tomQuest2.
