136 - Previous Quest Item Buttons Reappearing in the Tracker.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do a lot of questing, especially quests that use an item.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Occasionally buttons will show up in the tracker for quests that have been completed/removed from the quest log, but were once displayed in the tracker.

What version of the product are you using?

Alpha 295

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.

I've not been able to reliably reproduce the issue, but have attached a screenshot of an exampe.

    my latest internal build seems to solve this problem :)

    Confirmed. Bug also appears with German client.

    Same thing also happens with achievements. I track certain achievements inside the quest tracker, above the quests. After clicking the "+" next to the achievement title, and then on the "-" to collapse, some achievements still show up. They show up in a sort of second layer, just as shown above in the screenshot from Craxziz.
