Frigid Dreadplate is a 3 Point Talent in the Deathknight Frost Tree, reducing your chance to be hit by 1% each (up to 3).

Completely naked, TP Calculator displays a miss chance of 7% against lvl80, which is 5% base und 2% from Night Elf. Should be 10%, as I have an additional 3% miss from talents.
