One difference between Talented and the default talent UI is that Talented has to load to be able to replace the default UI. Talented does not use much memory, but it's still more than none at all.

Talented_Loader corrects this. It is very small (the order is a couple of kilobytes) before Talented is loaded, and does not take any memory once Talented has been loaded.

Wow patch 3.1 merged the usability of the Glyph UI with the Talent UI, and Talented_Loader needed to be updated to reflect this.

Talented_Loader 2.1 adds an entry in the addon list of the Interface options. Selecting this entry loads Talented itself.
