Allows you to set overrides for LibSharedMedia-3.0 and LibSink-2.0, so that any addon that uses them are forced to use the values you set in !SurfaceControl.
Note that it requires that addons listen for the LibSharedMedia_SetGlobal callback, so if it doesn't work for your addon then please report it to the author for that addon, and not me :)
