6 - Deathknight Class Support

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Selecting to view by class or role, Deathknights will not show.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see Deathknight class bar/functionality.  However, deathknights are not even enabled in the class dropdown list when configuring bars.
