TOC bump.
Mount data updated.
Added AddonLoader support.
Lake Wintergrasp is flyable between battles.
Removed LibDataBroker-1.1. The launcher is created only if the library is provided by another addon.
Consider falling as moving when deciding to use moving spell or not.
Should properly catch dual-spec switchs (druids and shamans).
Ignore mount status when the player is dead or ghost.
