oridan Dec 06, 2011 at 08:15 UTC - 0 likesThanks Zidomo for your continued support in testing and maintaining SpellReminder! I'm having a hectic few months with work so i haven't had chance to do anything recently.
Mathuselah: Zidomo's suggestion will hopefully solve your problem. But i do have a warlock so will also test this as soon as i get chance. i haven't forgotten about you :)

Zidomo Dec 06, 2011 at 06:03 UTC - 0 likesI'm not Oridan, I just play him on TV ;). But will try to help.
Haven't played/tested a Warlock past level 10, so unfortunately can't help with the specifics for those spells. Other than to see that on Wowhead, both the Doomguard & Infernal are supposed to last 45 seconds each after summoning. But a few general things to do when you don't see spells you expect providing bars.
First thing: Make sure you have the latest alpha/release version installed (currently v3.1).
Then, head into Spell Reminder's options (press ESC, Interface, Addons). Click Spell Reminder. Then click the "Cooldowns" header and make sure the box is checkmarked.
Next: in the main Spell Reminder header, click the Spell Setup tab. Make sure the Disable Detection checkbox is _not_ checked.
If you've already done all that, the next thing is to look at one of the other header listings on that tab. For example, if you were expecting a spell (or spells) to be in the "Cooldowns" section, they may instead be listed in "Buffs" or "Debuffs". So check there instead. When upgrading from older versions or otherwise, new or re-detected spells are not always listed in completely alphabetical order under the above headers. They may start out as such, then new ones are listed in random order at the end of the lists, etc.. So you may have to look through the entire lists for each header to find the spell you want.
Finally, once you do finally find the spells you want, click on them. Make sure both "Enabled" & "Show Self" are checkmarked for each of them. Also "Show Others" if that doesn't work; not recommended for most spells as you'll often get too many bars.

Mathuselah Nov 10, 2011 at 20:37 UTC - 0 likesHi Oridan - can't tell you how thrilled I was when I found out this addon was still supported and current for 4.3. Stopped playing before Cata and when I recently came back and discovered my older ver. of SR no longer worked....I freaked. By far my fav addon, and really nothing else to replace it. Bravo. Question for you - I've tried to get 3 spells on my normal bars along with my sp/haste procs and buffs, namely Infernal / Doomguard / and Ebon Imp proc when it spawns. None currently appear when I have detect new spells active... can't figure out how to get them on my proc bar. The DG and Infernal appear on my seperate CD bar, so basically I can watch that 10 min countdown and when it gets to 9:20 I know they have 5 secs left on their spawn. Any way to make this happen so I have a visual countdown timer for their duration? many many thanks for all your work - Mathuselah

Civrock Aug 04, 2011 at 13:39 UTC - 0 likesI just tried it on a dummy but it looks it may have been fixed in one of the three builds you released last night. Won't have a chance to check it out during a raid until Sunday but the changelog suggests you may have found the error(s). :)

Hi Civrock, I'm unable to replicate this problem, could you please give steps to reproduce, including telling me what options you have set for the individual spell and also in "general".
Thanks!

Civrock Aug 03, 2011 at 16:33 UTC - 0 likesThanks for fixing that bug so quickly. Another thing I've noticed is that it still gives warnings for buffs/debuffs that are disabled.

Civrock Aug 02, 2011 at 18:03 UTC - 0 likesFor the last few builds, the addon throws the following error over and over when I check "Disable Detection." It works fine when detection is enabled.
