What steps will reproduce the problem?
When mounting using Random Mount (Flying preferred) the addon will always select a 310 mount (in a flying area of course).
If you explicitly exclude all of the 310 mounts, it will pick a 280 mount, but otherwise it will not.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would think that Random Mount (Flying Preferred) would give an equal chance to pick a 280 or 310 flying mount, while Random Mount (Fastest Preferred) would select the 310 mount 100% of the time (if available of course).
