55 - Skillet + ARL + AddonLoader

When using AddonLoader with LS Skillet (r166) and AckisRecipeList, the filter by source option does not show up because ARL is not loaded.

Even if ARL is loaded later, the button still does not appear.

    i think arl must have changed at some point because it used to work.  i can probably fix it by loading arl inside of skillet.
