53 - Reorder items in the queue
I'd like to see the ability to be able to shift queued recipes up/down in the queue. The ability to reorder them would be useful, I know that I have long-standing queues with alchemy transmutes and occasionally I need to craft something now.

lilsparky Thu, 22 Oct 2009 17:59:22i dunno if i like that idea. what is the problem that is being solved, exactly? i'm afraid that disassociating the main skill from the sub-skills would create confusion if you had more than a single skill that you wished to queue up.
imagine crafting a few different eng recipes that rely on smelting. if it tried to do all the smelting before it did any engineering, you'd have to grab ALL your mats before you could get any engineering done.
my goal for the queue is to make it dynamic -- so that only the things you actually queue by hand are entered into the queue. all auto-crafted items are created based on inventory and not some set-in-stone number. so if you buy a bunch of cobalt bolts because you don't have the mats to make em, it'll skip making them (or only make as many as it needs to).
it might be possible to view the queue list grouped by tradeskill, but still have it process based on the current scheme...

Ruibara Thu, 22 Oct 2009 17:28:08I would like to see auto-ordering for same-skill recipes. My main is eng/mining and I use ores as I need them. Skillet, after scanning my Smelting skill, will put the work in the queue as if it was going top to bottom on the recipe of choice.
EX. Building Jeeves from scratch, what Skillet does.
EX. Building Jeeves from scratch, what I would like Skillet to do.
I consider my idea easily(?) done when you can reorder the queue. Manual and Smart ordering. The Smart ordering would put the main skills in order of independent of other skills to heavily dependent on other skills, smelting being the lowest and engineering being the highest, or something like that.
Edit: Also, sorry for the wall of text.

lilsparky Tue, 06 Oct 2009 08:58:13yup. it's on the big list.
in the meantime, you can temporarily disable skillet by holding shift key when clicking your tradeskill. then you can use the standard blizz frame to do one-off skills outside of the queue framework.
