2 - Huge tooltip
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Skillet
2. Select an item to create
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A tooltip will show up. But mine's showing a huge tooltip which is not in-line with my settings.
What version of the product are you using?
Skillet-r81029.6
Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error log, but I have a screenshot

Please provide any additional information below.
I am not sure if this has to do with my switch to CowTip. When I was using still using TinyTip, it appears normal, but after switching to CowTip, it now appears huge.
Skillet's tooltip is the only tooltip that shows as huge, that is why I am not sure if this has to do with CowTip.
