As I am playing several low level characters, I find this an issue with just about everything. Spice Bread for instance. Queue up 35 of it, talk to vendor.

If inventory changes while the vendor window is open (say for instance, buy or sell something) then auto-buy reagents activates and it buys what I need in queue. It used to activate simply on opening the vendor window, now it doesn't.

Autobuy reagents is what's broken for me but I noticed a similar behavior in the 'buy reagents button' as well (which appears for a moment as it buys the reagents and then disappears).

This is true for me as well, regarding any material I need to buy. But I have a little bit more information to offer.

The vendor buy button is missing whenever you have items queued in Skillet. Let's say for example I am making the Spiced Bread on a new alt who is starting the cooking skill. I queue up fourty Spiced Bread. When I open the merchant window the vendor buy button is missing. I also have it check-marked in Skillet options to automatically buy the reagents needed. So again, I open the merchant window and Skillet not only doesn't show the buy reagents button but it is also not auto-buying the spices or flour.

What does happen though is since Skillet is not auto-buying the materials needed, I will go ahead and buy one stack myself, *after* I buy the first stack myself *then* Skillet will show the buy button and also buy the materials automatically; however when it buys the materials automatically it doesn't subtract the amount I had to buy manually.

EDIT: Also wanted to mention that the Shopping list does not open for me at the bank or auction house either when I have items queued in Skillet; and yes I have those options check-marked in the Skillet options area.
