@ploki - There are two options, GnomeWorks or Skillet by Yossa. Skillet was good, but Gnomeworks has been written from scratch (not a revision of the original Skillet etc.). I cant give you an opinion on the new Skillet, because I am more than happy with GnomeWorks as it is now (and its getting better all the time).

THANK GOD this is getting updated again.

However please do me a huge favor. If you are truly going to take over this project yossa, please make it your first priority (after its stable of course) to port this to ACE 3. Ace 2 is at this point completely and totaly abandoned and just the mere fact that this uses ace2 causes problems. Well causes problems to other addons that also use ace2 that have no active authors that is to maintain them. Anyway if this addon is going to being going strong still yet its need a new foundation so to speak. :)

Lilsparky is not developing Skillet any more. He's focused on GnomeWorks. Skillet Clone has some new features such as support for alts, some ui changes to make it look better, better queuing (other addons can add items to the queue), etc. In the near future Clone version will replace the classic one to reduce this chaos.

Im a bit lost on the project right now.

    So we have :

    Skillet R1,42 / 29/oct Skillet Clone r168 30/oct Gnomeworks r60 28/oct

all three developed, at least in part, by Lilsparky?

I used Skilled, then i passed to the clone when it was stopped, then to gnomeworks as Lilsparky published it. And now there is a new version of Skillet, and the clone in development.

Could we get a post on adventages/disadventages on all three of them? :)

    thanks. And Thanks!

If you want you can try out fixed clone. Download latest version from here:

It's already usable, but may throw some errors here and there. You can of course report them.

Actually I think that his version could replace the old one. I want to fix it for 4.0 this weekend.

Will you be incorporating some of the improvements from the Lilsparky Clone? In particular the "how far can i level with this recipe"-bar

It's the first version compatible with wow 4.0. I will fix some bugs later.
