What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Create multiple lists.
2.  Select a list then delete it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should only see the list that were there and rest should be cleared.

What version of the product are you using?
Newest one just downloaded it 5 sec ago ... (Oct 10, 2009, 6PM GMT-6)

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.
I was trying to copy lists, but found out can't copy the list if it already exists.  So I deleted the extra lists I created but then it started crashing on me.  When I got down to only two lists then it let me delete 2nd list (with error) but it didn't clear from list like before.  But I reloaded and deleted list was still there...

However when I copied the good list to anohter list the deleted list disappeared and all was well again.
