What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover over a name in the player list.  
2. Even for characters that have alts and have had alts associated with them, it reports no alts.
3. Only happens for non-admins (users).  Admins see them no problem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to see a list of alts for players that have alts associated with them.

What version of the product are you using?
3.02 (3.2.2 beta?)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors

Please provide any additional information below.
I looked at the list LUA and there was no alt information there.  I had an admin send me the alt list via email, and when I copied it into the lua list they now show up.  Is the alt list not transmitted, or is there a special option to transmit it to non-admins?
