83 - A few suggestions
Just a few ideas that I liked about the old SK version that might be implemented in the newer version here:
*An UNDO button - if someone changes their mind last minute, the UNDO button would restore the person to the spot in the list at which they were.
*PUGs and others outside the guild can view but not modify the list - we have been through two partnerships with other guilds and have had to use the older version of SK because everyone could see the lists and could verify there was no under the table behavior going on. The reason I was drawn to SK in the first place is because it was so transparent and fair.
*Enable players to 'roll in' to the lists. Give the players the perception it was THEIR luck they were put at the top or THEIR bad luck they were entered into the bottom of the list and not the loot master's doing.
I love the synch functions on SKG and the automation and the way it handles alts.

To clarify my second suggestion : if a person outside the guild were to download the application, could there be an option to tap into our guild's lists to view them? I would very much like our partner guild to be able to see the lists we have going on. They are able to use the bid/retract buttons within the raid. At the moment they can whisper me for their position but a visual list is much easier for them to see.
About the rolling aspect, maybe give the players a way to initiate their entry into the list by whispering the loot master and having it spit back their position automatically? The old SK had a listening button that would openly listen for rolls, perhaps have a similar button that will listen for a keyword like 'new' and if received it would automatically add them randomly into the list and then whisper them their position. That would feel a bit more legit to someone foreign to suicide kings.
Having to roll for them as loot master kind of takes away their choice/lucky roll/whatever you want to call it and makes it more my roll than theirs if that makes any sense.

Can you please explain in more detail what your second suggestion is? I don't get what you're asking for here.
I got rid of the "rolling" aspect because its only ever used at initial list creation, and it *is* still random. I could have it issue a message indicating the randomness of the "roll" that puts them in their initial position, but ... uh... it seems a little like, fluffy serving no real purpose.
Good suggestions, though... please keep them coming.
