102 - nil error on list syncing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sync a list that have not been snapshotted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected : Sync is done, without an error message
Saw : Syncing trigger the linked stacktrace.

What version of the product are you using?
3.2.2-beta - Tue, Aug 11 2009 (on Curse.com)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Yes, povided as a file.

Please provide any additional information below.
Possible cause is that one of our officer abrubtly disconnected when we where syncing on his list, now it plagues us with problems.

    i've added a stacktrace dump of the error, mine SKG.lua and SKG.lua.bak.

    hope that will help on the diagnostic.
