3 - Limit "PortraitDamage" to player only (option or permanent)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Observe the target portrait when target is being hit by anything.
 2. Observe party frames.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 Expected: See your own damage/healing on target frame
 Instead: ALL damage on target

What version of the product are you using?
 v1.5.2-release

Do you have an error log of what happened?
 N/A

Please provide any additional information below.
 Add an option to limit displayed damage and healing on target portrait to player's only. I originally used a now discontinued addon for that - so I can clearly see my own damage done in bossfights (where the mob's head is usually way off screen, bigger is better apparently). The damage/healing on party frame however is not a bad idea at all.
 A most welcome solution would be an option to turn either one on or off.
