93 - New Localization.... ptBR

Hi...I am studying the code however I am not an experienced programmer.  I'm not wanting the "finished cake" and neither "cake recipe". but I would be grateful if someone could give me some tips.

I need do SilverDragon work in ptBR localization..  I have some problems like:

NPC names
Locations Names

Whats files i need edit to add this information?

Any other tips?
