What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.no rare list on tooltip
2. can get to SD menu by right clicking the mini map icon
3.
 
It happened when i had only silverdragon enabled, i deleted, cache/interfacce/wtf (and lost all my macro that were supposedly saved by server)

What version of the product are you using?
2.2.2

(there is a second erro with "macro" instead of the two "config" in the log
