Honestly, I'm not sure what this might be. I committed something that might fix Zidomo's error, though.

Same thing here with SilverDragon if I have LibDBIcon-1.0.lua loading from the BigWigs directory instead of some other directory and/or standalone. SilverDragon r20090315183212, LibDBIcon-1.0 r8 (loading from BigWigs r5069), USEng client/server, WoW 3.0.9 live.

    Error at logon here:

SilverDragon-1.0\\ldb.lua:27: bad argument #1 to 'pairs' (table expected, got nil)\nSilverDragon-1.0\\ldb.lua:27: in function `OnEnter'\nLibDBIcon-1.0-8 (BigWigs):74: in function <...\\AddOns\\BigWigs\\Libs\\LibDBIcon-1.0\\LibDBIcon-1.0.lua:66>\n\n ---

No SilverDragon logon error when I remove LibDBIcon-1.0.lua from the BigWigs subdirectory. Run a giant pile of other mods using LibDBIcon-1.0 (including those I for which I leave it their"\Libs" subdirectories as they are higher up the alphabet) and no problems/errors with them.
