Sifter adds extra information to the tooltips of ore and gems to help miners and jewelcrafters prospect their ore.
Features
- Show all results for prospecting ore
- Lists all ore sources for gems in drop rate order
- Item names are colored by item rarity
- All item names are pulled from the game client, less information is stored in the addon
Similar to MillHelp, Sifter will warn you if an item is missing from your local cache and provides a method to query the server for those items. If you receive a warning type /sifter to open a window that will show you which items are missing. Right-click the names to force a server query. You might be disconnected if the item hasn't been seen by somebody on the server yet. (Rare chance, but it might happen)

thx for the very fast work on Sifter... it is great... maybe i can request some ideas for Sifter and MillHelp.
How about including levelranks in the tooltip for an ore or a herb which you need to collect ... helpfull if your train a new char or respec an old one, by pointing on Veins that you cant collect yet ;-)
and how about a top 3 or top 5 shown in the tooltip where to gather the required object. Sorted by the most values of the requiered objects in a country (or even all resources)...
for Example:
Copper Veins (01)
can be found: The Barrens (229), Dun Morogh (166), Durotar (163), Elwynn Forest (156), Eversong Woods (141)...
