5 - Filter minimum amount for incoming heals (like SCTD)
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Basically, like in SCTD it has a 'minimum damage' output 'for small dots' or whatnot. When I play my deathknight, I am spammed with blood presence heals that I'd love to filter out with such an option.
